We can remove a dead dog or a dead cat from your home or property and properly cremate the animal. We can remove large animals, such as a dead deer on your property. If you have a bad smell in your house, a decaying animal is a good guess, especially if you've had a pest control company that poisoned rodents. But all animals die, and many of them do so in houses, or under your shed, or deck, or porch, or attic, or crawlspace. We are the experts that can remove it and make the smell go away!
Apex dead animal tip of the month: A dead animal inside the air conditioning ductwork - Every once and a while an animal may find its way into your ductwork. This isn't surprising; ducts are basically pre-made tunnels filled with warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer. If there's an opening to get into the ducts, you can bet an animal is going to take advantage. The problem when an animal dies in the ducts, however, is that air currents have a way of playing tricks with our senses. Just because you smell the odor of the animal strongly in one room doesn't mean that animal is actually in that room, or even close to that room. Finding the animal may take an more in-depth understanding of how the air currents in your building are working, and it will definitely require some visual access to the ductwork. You can try and pinpoint where the animal is by doing some detective work, first. Dying animals often head toward warmth and water in their final hours, so it's not uncommon for these bodies to be near heating sources or plumbing. Similarly, if the smell in your home get stronger when you use a certain faucet or turn on your heat, chances are the carcass could be close to those utilities. Once you've located the body, it has to be removed in its entirety or the smell will remain. This may require the use of an enzymatic cleaner to remove organic material from your inner ductwork.
